Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) was established in accordance with Law No. 116 of 2013 to promote direct foreign investment in the State of Kuwait to enhance its economic diversification. Through this legislation, foreign investors can operate in the country by locally establishing a company that they solely own, and may also obtain additional incentives, as well as tax and customs exemptions.
