As a part of Kuwait Vision 2035 which reflects the governmental roadmap to develop the country to be a regional and international financial center, the government issued several tenders to enhance the infrastructure and to renew the current old road network in order to construct the Northern Economic Zone which will be arranged through special dynamic laws and regulations.
