• Advised a leading automobile group in Kuwait on its commercial agency and distribution arrangements with international manufacturers and brands, including drafting and negotiating the related agreements.
• Drafted and negotiated technology contracts for a leading Kuwaiti group, including SAP implementation, software licensing and IT services agreements.
• Advised on and managed a subcontracting dispute on a major public infrastructure project worth KWD 3.2 million, securing full dismissal of the claims against an international contractor.
• Advised on and managed a construction dispute involving development projects worth KWD 1.4 million, establishing the liability of the contractor and the supervising consultant for defects and delays.
• Successfully advised on and managed a directors' liability claim against a company's former Board of Directors for governance and financial misconduct, securing KWD 1.2 million in compensation.
